Asa Carlton Inc. began
operations in 2003 as a commercial construction
firm specializing in retail and hospitality
interiors nationwide. Today, the company
continues to grow rapidly into one of the most
respected and widely used interior finish
contractors on a national level. The Asa Carlton
Interiors services include all types of flooring,
metal stud framing, drywall, accoustical ceilings,
rough carpentry, painting and fixture
installations.
Asa Carlton Inc. maintains
licenses in numerous states and carries all the
necessary insurance requirements for the
commercial construction industry.

Brannon Floyd, President and CEO
Brannon earned a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Mercer University in 1997. Since obtaining his degree, he has worked exclusively in commercial construction and real estate. Brannon’s expertise includes flooring, interior build outs and fixture installation. In addition, he worked for a national retailer in construction services prior to moving into general construction. Brannon has 15 years collective experience in construction and project management. Brannon currently serves as President and CEO for Asa Carlton, Inc. He is also a licensed Real Estate Broker and contributes his services to Asa Carlton Development, LLLP.

Scott Hester, Vice President and
CFO
Scott earned a Bachelors Degree in Economics from the University of Georgia in 1993. After obtaining his degree he worked 10 years as Project Manager and ultimately as Director of Operations for a national industrial commercial construction firm based in Atlanta, Georgia. Scott's areas of expertise include general industrial and commercial construction, structural steel, roofing, industrial insulation and specialty coatings. Scott serves as the Vice President and CFO for Asa Carlton, Inc.

Nathan Artman, Vice President of Operations
Nathan earned his
Bachelors of Science in Construction from
Georgia Southern University in 2003. After
obtaining his degree he worked for a large
commercial construction company in Atlanta,
Georgia gaining experience in large new
construction commercial projects and multi story
renovations. He has held leading positions in
both field management and office management. He
has managed projects from $100k to $40mm. Nathan
serves Asa Carlton Interiors as Vice President of Operations.

David Hoffman, Director of Preconstruction
David’s thirteen years of industry experience began after studying Construction Management at Auburn University and serving for six years as a nuclear mechanic aboard a fast attack submarine in the United States Navy. His commercial construction career as both General Contractor and Developer has encompassed more than 25 projects valued at over $900 million in the healthcare, higher education, and multi-family sectors. David serves Asa Carlton Interiors as Director of Preconstruction. |
