Our team of experienced construction professionals includes a Preconstruction Department with many years of experience in estimating virtually all construction types and trades; they are poised to assist our customers from a project’s earliest inception through budgeting, final pricing, buyout, and completion. Our Operations Department’s Project Managers and Superintendents all have experience in the on-time delivery of quality projects to our customers; individually and collectively, they are well versed in working with our customers on the most-challenging of project-types to ensure a successful end product. Many of our associates carry LEED accreditation, OSHA certifications, etc., and key members have held advisory and Board positions with the CMAA, GWCIA, and other industry organizations.

Brannon Floyd President and CEO
Brannon earned a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Mercer University in 1997. Since obtaining his degree, he has worked exclusively in commercial construction and real estate. Brannon’s expertise includes flooring, interior build outs and fixture installation. In addition, he worked for a national retailer in construction services prior to moving into general construction. Brannon has 15 years collective experience in construction and project management. Brannon is a principal partner and serves as President and CEO for Asa Carlton, Inc. He is also a licensed Real Estate Broker and contributes his services to Asa Carlton Development, LLLP.

Scott Hester Vice President and CFO
Scott earned a Bachelors Degree in Economics from the University of Georgia in 1993. After obtaining his degree he worked 10 years as Project Manager and ultimately as Director of Operations for a national industrial commercial construction firm based in Atlanta, Georgia. Scott’s areas of expertise include general industrial and commercial construction, structural steel, roofing, industrial insulation and specialty coatings. Scott is a principal partner and serves as the Vice President and CFO for Asa Carlton, Inc.

Nathan Artman Vice President of Operations
Nathan earned his Bachelor’s of Science in Construction from Georgia Southern University in 2003. After obtaining his degree he worked for a large commercial construction company in Atlanta, Georgia gaining experience in large new construction commercial projects and multi story renovations. He has held leading positions in both field management and office management and has managed projects from $100k to $40mm.

David Hoffman Director of Preconstruction
David’s sixteen years of industry experience began after studying Construction Management at Auburn University and serving for six years as a nuclear mechanic aboard a fast attack submarine in the United States Navy. His commercial construction career as both General Contractor and Developer has encompassed numerous projects valued at over $1 billion in the retail, healthcare, higher education, and multi-family sectors. David directs the Preconstruction Department and leads our Business Development efforts.
